New Delhi: In a bizarre incident, officials of Rohta district of Bihar are investigating how “Cat Kumar,” Catty Boss “and son of” Catia Devi “, how were the applications for a residential certificate. Sharing the details, officials said that the application has been sought for a residential certificate to list the applicant as “Cat Kumar”, as father’s name with “Catty Boss” and as “Katia Devi” mother’s name.
The entire application with a photo of Canine was filed on 29 July. After discovering the shocking applications, District Magistrate Udita Singh directed Nasriganj Revenue Officer Kaushal Patel to look into the matter.
