Vetting Not: New Jeevans of American citizens face difficult checks

Marrying an American citizen or a green card holder meant that you had a way for the American Dream. But the newly married spouse can no longer expect to fly with a flight and a nominal suitcase with a heart filled with hope.
The days of interview and easy approval under the Biden administration are over – another casualties of the rift of Trump regime on suspected immigration fraud. Instead, each case will now be subject to waiting.

While always included a waiting period, the first step is dealing with the interview – which only became difficult. If the spouse (wife) is in India, the interview will be conducted by the US Consulate officials.
If the spouse is already in us, say on a non -migrant H -1B work visa, after marriage, they can apply for a green card (as known as adjustment of statusIn this case, the interview will be conducted by US citizenship and immigration service officers.
