A powerful earthquake measuring 6.2 on the Richter scale affected Greece’s Dodecian Island area on Tuesday. The seismic phenomenon occurred close to the Turkish border, as reported by the European Mediterranean Earthquake Center.The seismic activity was recorded at a depth of 68 km (42 mi), EMSC confirmed.Meanwhile, according to the Turkish disaster management agency, the 5.8-Chancement earthquake hit the medieval city on Tuesday morning on Tuesday morning.
