A bill that attempts to preserve and preserve Geoharitage sites and Jio-Rilix is one of the eight new draft laws that the government plans to introduce in the monsoon session of Parliament starting on Monday.Planned bills for the monsoon session are National Sports Government Bills, Geoharitage Sites and Jio-Rilix (Protection and Maintenance) Bills, Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Amendment Bills and National Anti-Doping (Amendment) Bills.The monsoon session of Parliament is scheduled to begin on July 21 and by August 21, a total of 21 will be seated in both houses.From August 12 to August 18, the session will take a break for the Raksha Badhan and the freedom day ceremony.This session is expected to have a stormy confrontation between the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the opposition, including the Congress -led India block.Ahead of the state assembly elections at the end of this year in a possible flashpoints between the government and the opposition, there will be a special intensive amendment (SIR) of the Election Commission of Election Roll in Bihar.The opposition is expected to reply from the government on the claims of Opposition Sindoor and US President Donald Trump, claiming the ceasefire to increase the nuclear war between India and Pakistan by mediation.Four other new bills are Manipur Mall and Services Tax (Amendment) Bill, Jan Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Bills, Indian Institute of Management (Amendment) Bill and Taxation Act (Amendment) Bills.The government is also expected to introduce the Income Tax Bill, 2025 during the monsoon session. The bill was introduced in the Lok Sabha in February and was sent to a selection committee of Lower House. The panel adopted its report on Wednesday and is likely to present it in the Lok Sabha on Monday.The government has also been decided to search for the node of Parliament to expand the President’s rule in Manipur and demand the state grant for approval of the House.Goa Bill, 2024, Merchant Shipping Bill, 2024 and Indian port bills, 2025 assembly constituencies are pending before the Lok Sabha for re -construction, approval of representation of scheduled tribes in the assembly constituencies of 2025.
