EXCLUSIVE – Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’s Daya Shankar Pandey revealed how he played the role of Inspector Chalu Pandey; It is said that ‘Tmkoc mere jeevan ka ek bahut hi zaruri ang hai’

One of the most beloved and longest -running Sitcom on Indian television, Tarak Mehta’s Ulta Chashmah has been entertaining audiences of all ages for 17 years. Over time, each character of the show has found a loyal fanbase, and such a fan-husband actor Daya Shankar Pandey. He became widely recognized for his depiction by Inspector Chalu Pandey, a role that became a significant turn in his career and won a lot of love from the audience. In a special conversation with the Times of India TV, Daya Shankar shared how he played a prestigious role. He also opened his deepest relationship with Asit Kumar Modi, the producer of the show, revealing the details and personal memories of which many fans were unaware.Remembering the time, when he was first offered the show, Daya Shankar Pandey shared, “Before I started playing Inspector Current Pandeyin TMKC, I was already connected to the show, but not on a large scale. I was not actually part of the creative team. I never worked as a friend. I never worked as a friend. Whenever I got free time, I would give some input to Tmkoc. All this was running smoothly and in good spirit.Then one day, Asit told me about a new character, Inspector Chalu Pandey, and he offered me the role. I was not sure at first. I was focused on Shanidev and did not feel like switching. But Asit told me, ‘An actor should not stick to just one kind of role. This will be something new for you. ‘So I finally agreed. ,Ganga water actor recalled the first day of his shooting, “I still remember our first shoot at Filmstone Studios. We had a lot of fun to film the scenes, hasty Khelte Pura Episode Nickel Diya Hum. When the episode was edited and shown to us, it was still involved. 11-12 years, and I am still playing the Inspector on the Inspector moving.I enjoy a lot. ,For Bin Bulaye, Inspector Chalu Pandey recorded his first appearance in Tarak Mehta’s Ulta Chashmah in 2010, during a story where characters like Jethalala, Sodhi, Iyer and Nattu Kaka were accidentally arrested in the case of car theft.
