Thai court issued a warrant on the collapse of deadly earthquake tower

Bangkok: A Thai court on Thursday issued an arrest warrant for 17 people for the collapse of a Bangkok skyscraper, falling into a large earthquake, killing dozens of workers.The 30-floor tower was being built for the house, the state’s audit office was reduced to the debris in seconds when a 7.7-repellent earthquake hit the neighboring Myanmar, killing thousands of deaths in the Wartourne neighbor of Thailand.Tower was the only building in Bangkok, and the speed and suddenly with which it collapsed has raised questions about the quality of construction.Police Lieutenant-General Siam Bonsom told AFP, “A Thai court today issued an arrest warrant against three groups, including 17 people, which belonged to collapse.”He did not give details of the people targeted by the warrant, but Thai media reports stated that they were one of the firms that manufacture the tower.Officials say they have recovered 89 bodies from the debris of the collapsed tower, in which seven people are still unaware.The project was a joint venture among ITD, one of the largest construction firms in Thailand and a Chinese group.The struts used to strengthen the concrete on steel ribers last month by Thai security officers recovered from the site that some metals used were poor.
