The England and Wales Cricket Board have confirmed that Chris Woakes will join the England Lions Squad for its upcoming matches against India on 30 May. Vokes, who recalled Zimbabwe’s test due to an ankle injury, delayed his summer, proving his fitness and securing a place in England’s Test Squad against India.The 36 -year -old veteran will be part of a Lions squad which includes international players Rehan Ahmed and Dan Musli.
