‘Avengers: Doomsde’ and ‘Avengers: Secret Wars’ postponed on December 2026 and 2027

The wait for the next Avengers films is still long! Fans of Marvel assured the eagerness to direct the Russo Brothers, now to see the most powerful heroes of the Earth again, will have to wait for 6 months longer than the expected. According to the latest reports on the deadline, Disney officially pushed back the release dates for two Marvel films – Avengers: Doomsed and Avengers: Secret Wars. According to the report, the film which was initially prescribed for 2026 and 2027 release in summer will now hit theaters on 18 December 2026, while Secret Wars has been reinstated for 17 December 2027, both are moving beyond their original May release slots.The delay comes as part of a broad shake-up of the dramatic calendar of the studio, with several “untitled Marvel” projects quietly removed or re-assigned.With these adjustments, only two confirmed Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) film in 2026, namely, Avengers: Doomsde and Sony’s Spider-Man: Brand New Day will watch. December Launch Windows Mirror Spider-Man: No Way Home’s successful release pattern, which premiered in December 2021 and became a $ 1.9 billion global box office hit, becoming the third largest grossing MCU film.The new schedule also shows the longest difference between Marvel feature films as the Kovid -19 epidemic disrupted the franchise’s rollout. Fantastic Four: First Steps, which is set for 25 July 2025, fans will not see another MCU dramatic release, until Spider-Man 4 reached Tom Holland on 31 July 2026, after a whole year.Marvel studio causes a reshuffle between back-to-back changes as the studio rebuilds its huge cinematic universe after mixed reactions in recent stages.
