It is no real power.”After the collapse of his government in April 2022, in many cases, Khan, who has been behind bars since August 2023, stressed that the talks will be held only with those who are actually “power”, military establishments and only national interests.He said, “I don’t have difficulty because my resolve remains strong,” he said that political matters, kidnappings and forced press conferences were being used, it was being used to destroy his Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party. He said, “Everyone proves that the rule of law has completely ended. Now we have the law of the forest.”Reiterating his stance from the beginning of this week, Khan said that the day of violent protest after his arrest on May 9, 2023 was a “false flag operation”, designed to crush PTI. He said, “No one has contacted me for any talks. Separately, the hearing in the Toshkhana-II case was postponed on 26 May.Khan’s party has also urged the Islamabad High Court to expedite the hearing related to Khan and his wife Busha Bibi in the Al-Qadir Trust case. Protests continue outside the court, party members demanded Khan’s release and showing that they say “unjust chaos”.
