Moscow Security Head in Pyongyang for talks with Kim Jong Un: Russian news agencies

Moscow: Moscow’s top security officer Sergei Shigu arrived at Pyongyang on Wednesday, where he will meet North Korean leader Kim Jong Un for talks, Russian news agencies told.Shoigu arrived at the orders of Russian Russian President Vladimir Putin, Tace said Riya Novosty said that it is expected that “the current affairs are expected” including the situation around Ukraine.Wednesday’s journey is second to Shigyang in Pyongyang in less than three months.Traditional colleagues have closely drawn Russia and North Korea in recent years, in which Pyongyang has sent troops and weapons to support Moscow’s war against Ukraine.Pyongyang defended its military cooperation with Russia on Monday, stating that the relationships were aimed at “ensuring peace and stability” in Europe and Asia. Citing the country’s intelligence service, according to South Korean legalist Lee Seong-Kavun, around 600 North Korean soldiers have been killed and more than thousands have been injured for Russia.Russia and North Korea signed a comprehensive military deal last year, including a mutual defense section, during a rare journey by Putin in the nuclear-head north.Shoigu last visited Pyongyang in March when he appreciated the deal as “fully fulfill the interests of the two countries”.
