New Delhi: In a major success, the authorities recovered the black box of Air India’s Ahmedabad-Landon flight on Friday, crashed a day later within a few minutes of the aircraft take-off, killing 241 out of 242 people.The device was found on a “roof”, which is expected to have a hostel building of the BJ Medical College in Meghaninagar area of Ahmedabad. The sick flight crashed in hostel disturbances soon after the tech-off.The aircraft accident investigation Bureau of Investigation (AAIB) said, “Black box was found on the roof.”The black box, an important piece of evidence, analysis will be analyzed to determine the cause of the tragic accident, of which the victims included the former Chief Minister of Gujarat, Vijay Rupani.Aaib has launched a complete scale investigation in the accident, in which more than 40 employees of the Gujarat government have joined the efforts to support the Ministry of Civil Aviation (MOCA) teams on the land.The flight had 230 passengers, two pilots and 10 cabin crew. Passengers included 169 Indians, 53 Britain, seven Portuguese citizens and a Canadian. There was only one survivor-a British-Indian person who was on the seat 11A of the aircraft, a Boeing 787–8 Dreamliner.
