Amit Shah 1 has been told about cash at Judge Verma’s residence

New Delhi: Home Minister Amit Shah was first informed by Delhi Police Commissioner Sanjay Arora, who was about “four or five half -bored sacks” at the official residence of Justice Yashwant Verma, which was within a few hours of searching after the fire in the bungalow on the night of 14 March.Responding to the Fire Emergency Call, the firefighters and the police reached Justice Verma’s Tughlaq Crescent bungalow after 11.30 pm on 14 March. The first respondents, who stumbled on the cash, cash notes of half-jurisdose notes of a sect of Rs 500 around midnight. They left after fire on 15 March around 1 pm. Delhi Police Chief Arora first informed the Home Minister on March 15 and later, informed the Chief Justice of Delhi HC DK Upadhyay about the cash. Delhi Police Chief Sanjay Arora also shared “some photos and videos” of Storroom Fire with Delhi HC CJ, which in turn informed CJI Sanjeev Khanna, which triggered a series of incidents, which led to an investigation into a sensational episode.The investigation panel said in its report, “Information was shared by Arora with Justice DK Upadhyay in late after 15 March, which was out of the station in Lucknow due to Holi vacation, and was informed that a report was sent to the Union Home Minister, which referred to four or five half-half-jewelery sacks of the Indian currency.”The investigation panel including Punjab and Haryana CJ Sheel Nagu, Himachal Pradesh CJ GS Sandhawellia and Justice Anu Shivraman of Karnataka HC had first sent 10 phones related to the respondents, which were used for authentication in the Still Forensic Science Laboratory and still used for images of Burning Cash for authentication.The laboratory certified images and videos – one of the 67 seconds shot by Head Constable Roop Chand and one of the 70 seconds shot by Head Constable Sunil Kumar. The panel said, “The analysis of the phone has been sent by us to CFSL, Chandigarh, and is acceptable to the provisions of Section 329 of BNSS.”In addition to the legal acceptance of evidence against Justice Verma, the panel stated that these pieces of evidence were also confirmed by witnesses. The panel said, “The said video is shown to independent noble-witnesses, including fire/police personnel who were at the place (and) who have vouched for the same,” the panel said.
