Malaysia has arrested 36 Bangladeshis for trying to import

The Malaysian royal police arrested 36 Bangladesh citizens this week for involvement in the “radical terrorist movement” established on extremist beliefs and terrorist ideology. Malaysian Home Minister Saifuddin Nasuf Ismail said in a statement on Friday, “The intelligence and coordinated action of the Special Branch team showed that the group has been brought into extremist beliefs on the basis of the ideology of the Islamic State (IS).” The group created recruitment cells within their community, and were entangled in collecting funds for terrorist activities, indigenization and other destructive acts, said. Five of those arrested are directly provoked through the chapter of the Penal Code through the law of this country, which covers crimes related to terrorism.
