After seeing the record, I think it’s probably not a rape case,” he said. The lawyer of the accused said that he had not come to the conclusion. “I will be able to tell you by 20 July whether it is rape or not.” Meanwhile, Kolkata Police today earlier said that the espionage department would investigate the gang rape of a law student inside the South Kolkata College campus.
