In a strong performance of the Gulf unity and permanent performance, the President of the UAE, His Majesty Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, on Thursday attained King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain at his residence in Abu Dhabi, which strengthens deep relations between the two nations.
A hot and fragrant meeting depicting deep relations
According to the WAM (Emirates News Agency), the leaders were engaged in a cordial and brotherhood conversation, reflecting historical and strategic bonds between the United Arab Emirates and the kingdom of Bahrain. Focus on areas of mutual cooperation, the two leaders confirmed their shared commitment to strengthen the relationship that serve their national interests and benefit their people.Both sides detected ways to increase cooperation in major areas, underlining a shared vision for permanent development, prosperity and regional stability. The meeting also provided an opportunity to assess the latest development in the region and to align their views on several mutual priorities.

The meeting was also marked by the presence of several senior dignitaries from both UAE and Bahrain. The attendees include:
- Sheikh web bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of President Court for Vikas and family matters of martyrs
- Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of President Court for Special Affairs
- Lieutenant General Sheikh Nasar bin Hamad Al Khalifa, National Security Advisor, Royal Guard Commander, and General Secretary of Bahrain’s Supreme Defense Council
- Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, first vice -president of Supreme Council for Youth & Sports, and Chairman of General Sports Authority (GSA) of Bahrain
- Several other senior officials from the two countries also participated, which reflects the importance of both sides which are associated with the ongoing UAE-bhreine relationship.
