British boy sentenced to kill 80 -year -old Bhim Kohli, he should be reviewed to be uncontrolled

Toi correspondent from London: A 15-year-old British boy has been sentenced by the Solicitor General for the murder of 80-year-old Indian-Oral Punjab, a Punjab-born Dog Walker Bhim Kohli, who is in a court of appeal in the appeal court.Several MPs and members of the public had requested for punishment to review them under the uncontrolled scheme.The boy and a girl (13) were convicted of murder on 8 April after a trial, on which he did not convict. The pair was sentenced in the Lecester Crown Court on 5 June.Kohli was killed on 1 September last year while driving his dog Rocky at a Lecesterreshair Park.At that time, a 14 -year -old boy, wearing a Balaklav, misbehaved racially before slapping Kohli on his face with his slider shoes because Kohli was kneeling, and then kicked him and punched him on the ground. He was sentenced to seven years in jail for attacking and injuring Kohli.At that time, she was 12 years old, who was sentenced to three -year -old young rehabilitation order and six -month curfew at that time, encouraging the boy to use violence, film attacks and laugh.The next day Kohli died in the hospital. Originally from Punjab, he first had a factory that was made jumpers.A spokesman for the Attorney General’s office told TOI: “Solicitor General, Lucy Rigby, was provoked by a cowardly attack on this violent, an innocent person. After a detailed review of the case, the Solicitor General concluded that the sentence of a 15 -year -old boy could be sent to the court.”The 13 -year -old girl’s sentence will not be referred to.Peter Bedford, one of the MPs, who requested the sentence was reviewed, said: “As long as I welcome the referral of the man’s punishment as ‘uncontrollably generous’, I am surprised that the woman’s sentence, who is non-cosmic in nature, is not referred to for rethinking.”Outside the court, sentenced, Kohli’s daughter Susan said that she feels angry and disappointed at the sentence.
