Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Uttar Pradesh’s fast bowler Yash Dayal have been booked for sexual exploitation, physical violence, mental harassment and cheating by making false promises of marriage under Section 69 of the Indian Justice (BNS).Section 69 of the Indian Judic Code addressed sexual activities under false pretense, such as misleading promises of marriage or job proposals. These acts are considered fraud and exploitative, and can lead to a sentence of up to ten years.According to the complaint, the Ghaziabad woman mentioned that she was in a five -year relationship with Dayal. He also claimed that Dayal introduced him to his family, who welcomed him as a “daughter -in -law”, which deepened his faith.“For the last 5 years, the complainant was in a relationship with a cricketer,” read the FIR statement.“The man exploited him emotional, mentally, and physically misleading him with the promise of marriage. He introduced the complainant to his family and behaved like a husband, who completely trusted him.“When the complainant realized and protested, he was subjected to physical violence and mental harassment. During the relationship, the complainant was also economically and emotionally exploited.“Later, it was found that the man was also involved in similar false relations with other girls. On June 14, 2025, the complainant said the women’s helpline 181, but the process did not move forward in the police station. The complainant is mentally and socially distressed and is seeking justice through the Chief Minister’s office. He has chat records, screenshots, video calls and photos as evidence. ,“It has been requested to conduct a rapid investigation in this case and legal action should be taken against the person concerned. This step is not only important for him, but also for all girls who are victims of such fraudulent relationships.”
