It was a close race for the top position with Washington Freedom (WF) Pipping Texas Super Kings (TSK) and San Francisco Unicorns (SFU) at the 2025 Major League Cricket (MLC). The top three teams were eventually separated from two points with TSK and SFU and discriminated on the 0.273 net run rate (NRR) after finishing level.The fourth place in the playoff race went to Mi New York (Mi NY), which finished a huge eight points back, but did enough to increase the seinal orkas based on a better net run rate. Los Angeles Knight Riders (Lakr), however, was a season to forget with only two wins out of the 10 matches.

Washington Freedom topped the standing with 16 points – winning eight out of 10 matches. His only two necklaces came against Unicorn and TSK. He won six directly before closing the first phase with a win and forth. Interestingly, Freedom had six wins when he followed.Texas Super Kings led FAF Do Plessis won three consecutive wins in the league stage twice and also with three defeats. He scored 14 points with NRR of 1.603.The NRR of TSK was a modest bangle, who took an early lead and certainly topped the standing at one stage. With six consecutive wins, Unicorn was easily prime to top standing. However, three defeats in the last four matches did not help him.
The final and final playoff spots are taken by Mi New York, who has made progress despite this disappointing run. His three wins in 10 matches have seen him as a Lagard performance equally by the orkas and lake.
