New unresolved court documents and test testimonies have shown that the Trump administration has rely an anonymous run-Israel’s website, an anonymous run-Israel’s website, accused of doxing, accused of identifying Palestinian academics for potential exile. The court records revealed that to support US President Donald Trump’s exile campaign, the Homeland Security Department gathered a “tiger team” of intelligence, which compiled data on about 100 foreign students and scholars involved in Palestinian activism. The website, known as Canary Mission, flagged over 75 persons. The Canary Mission has said that they did not have “contact with this administration or previous administration”, as reported by Politico. He said that he has a mission to investigate the hatred propagated against the US, Israel and Jews. The group said, “We documentation of individuals and groups that promote hatred from USA, Israel and Jews. We examine hatred in political spectrum, including far-flung, distant and anti-Israel activists,” the group said. Earlier, pro-Palestinian activists, along with immigration lawyers, suspected that the Trump administration was using the website to sort the names of academics and potentially demanding to cancel their visa, which had no independent research. But deposits show how widely the Trump administration trusted the website.Homeland Security Officer Peter Hatch admitted that the site is important for the efforts of the Trump administration, but also stated that the information taken from the website was verified independently. “Many names or even most of the names came from that website, but we were getting names and leads from many different websites,” Hatch said. “We came to know about the same protesters from many sources, but the canary mission was the most inclusive. The lists came from all different directions.”“Canary mission is not part of the US government,” he said. “It’s not information that we will take as an official source. We do not work with individuals who create a website. I don’t know who makes the website,” Hatch said, as reported by Politico. The court records revealed that Trump’s associate Stephen Miller was heavily involved in efforts aimed at canceling the visas of Palestinian academics studying and teaching in American colleges.
