CM Change Buzz: Congress accused the BJP of conspiracy to top the Karnataka government; BJP counter with ‘Horse Trading’ charge | Bharat News

New Delhi: Congress and BJP Congress MLA Vijayanand Kashappanwar was engaged in the war of words after Kashappanwar, accused the BJP of preparing a list of 55 Congress MLAs, who would face the ED or CBI raids if they refused to join the saffron party.Congress MLA Vijayanand Kashappanwar accused the BJP of planning to top the government in Karnataka and prepared a list to target 55 MLAs through central agencies. “The BJP was trying to top the government. AAP Ed, CBI are looking at the raids. Why are they happening? It is to fear our MLAs that, if they do not go to the BJP, they will be raided. Such fear is among all the MLAs including me. Let them do anything, let them do anything, I am ready for it,” Kashappanavar said. “The BJP has prepared a 55 MLA list to threaten them with a CBI raid. BJP agents have been sent for several (Congress), who already threatened them that if they do not join their party, Ed and CBI raids will be conducted against them, as they had illegal assets in their names. The BJP strongly denied the allegations, pointing to the fingers in internal Congress politics, with Union Minister Pralhad Joshi. Joshi alleged that Siddaramaiah and Shivkumar are engaged in horse trade within the Congress party amid speculation of leadership change in the state.“Has they (Kashappanwar) did anything (wrong) to get into the ED list? Those who have done wrong, they will come in the notice of Ed, not others. Those who are right, do not need to worry and they will not have to face any problem. This claim is a conspiracy to remove 55 MLA issues.” “Siddaramaiah recently said that Shivkumar is not supported by many MLAs, so both of them are using their money power to get support on their respective aspects. Both of those who are ready to buy MLAs are both stronger (in Congress), so there is no chance for us (BJP) and we don’t want to tell about this way.”This comes amidst the ongoing discussion around a possible power change in Karnataka, an issue that has been revived despite repeated refusal from the high command of the Congress. A few days after publicly emphasized under the leadership of the Congress, fresh calls have come up within the party demanding Shivkumar’s height, as there will be no change in the leadership of Karnataka. Two Congress MLAs have now given their support for Shivkumar. Senior leader and former minister Tanveer SAT said that the party should be open to the leadership change. Earlier, Shivkumar can be made the Chief Minister within two to three months by Congress MLA Ha Iqbal Hussain.Congress President Mallikrajun Kharge has tried to close the rumors, stating that no leadership is under consideration. He assured that if such a decision is taken, an announcement will be made. However, an internal review continues to continue on the mourned surface. Some ministers are allegedly under investigation into complaints related to demonstrations and corruption, although there is no official confirmation from the party or state government.
