New Delhi: On April 22, a terrorist attack in Pahgam, claiming that the life of 26 citizens was specifically executed by Pakistan’s ISI and terrorist group Lashkar-e-Tabiba on the instructions of the country’s political and military brass and especially by Pakistani terrorists.In sources described as the late-ISI project for the 26/11 Mumbai attack, ISI gave specific instructions to Pakistan-based Lashkar Commander Sajid Juti to deploy foreign terrorists operating in Jammu and Kashmir. To ensure privacy, no Kashmiri terrorist was taken on the board. They were directed to ensure minimum local participation on the “need-to-address” basis.The attack was led by Suleiman, a suspected Pakistani Special Force Commando, who participated in the training in the Lats Muridke Hub in Punjab, Pakistan before crossing the LoC in the Jammu region in 2022. Two other Pakistan were also in the hit squad. Satellite phone analysis has shown that Suleman’s location on April 15 was in the Troll Forest, showing that he was in the area around the attack in Basaron, about a week before the incident.Suleman was also involved in an attack on an army truck in Poonch in April 2023, killing five soldiers. However, he kept low for the next two years. Sources did not reveal the identity of two other Pakistani terrorists. Although the J&K police doubted the role of Pakistani terrorists Hashim Musa and Ali Bhai, the investigation has so far confirmed Suleman’s role. The role of local terrorist Adil Hussain Thokar as a facility has no relation.Even two local people arrested by the NIA last month – Parviz Ahmed Jothar and Bashir Ahmed Jotha, were believed to have a limited role from both Pahgam, provided for Pakistani terrorists’ food, shelter and other logistics for a few thousand rupees. He has also denied any knowledge of the terrorists’ scheme to kill tourists in Besaran.Currently about 68 foreign terrorists and three local terrorists are active in the valley.
