Florida man who kills 2 people outside once is to be executed

Starke: A man who shot a man and a woman outside the Florida bar shot a man and woman, who is to be executed on Tuesday as part of an attempt of an attempt. He was eventually arrested next year. Bell was later convicted of three additional murders. Officials said they shot a woman and her son’s son in 1989, and they killed their mother’s lover about four months before the attack on West and Smith. Bell’s Attorney has filed an appeal with the Florida Supreme Court and the US Supreme Court. The lawyers argued in their kingdom that the execution of the vine should be stopped due to newly discovered evidence about witness testimony. But Justice unanimously rejected the argument last week and pointed out the evidence of Bell’s crime in the 54-paint opinion.
