New Delhi: The US Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) has busted ISI-China-Canada-related international drug cartel and arrested an infamous Indo-Canadian gangster, Opinder Singh Cyan alias Thanos, who is running a global phentanel and a folding of a global phenomenon from British Columbia.According to court documents reviewed by TOI, Cyan was arrested on 27 June at Arizona, which was established after his role in Mathemfetamine’s smuggling in Australia and the chemicals for Fentanilel in the US through Canada. The investigation, which was closed in 2022, recently revealed an affidavit in an American court, that Sian had operations with chemical suppliers associated with the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in addition to Sinaloa Cartel in Mexico.The DEA carried out an undercover operation to trap Sian after its suspicious relationship in 2021-2022 after a preliminary investigation conducted in connection with a tip from the Turkish intelligence agency in 2021-2022. Singh was a known senior member of the notorious ISI -backed ‘Brothers Kipers’ gang at that time, most of whom are Punjab’s leg soldiers in India, many of whom are Canadian citizens. The gang, which has supported the cause of the so -called Khalistan on several occasions, was also seen active in rallies of rallies in support of Air India bombing mastermind Talwinder Singh Parmar and others.According to the Canadian police, the group signs arms smuggling, murder, forcibly recovery and armed robbery, in addition to cocaine, MDMA, heroin, fantenal and methyfetamine in bulk smuggling. In his early days, Sian was injured in a shoot in August 2008, who left his friend Gurpreet Sidhu and survived another dialect on his life in May 2011, leading to a rapid growth in Canada’s underworld. Now the court documents said that Sian had arranged a meeting between a confidential American undercover source, known as “Queen”, and a Chinese Cartel, a Chinese Cartel, named Peter Peng Jhou in Vancouver in 2023. Jhou, an Indo-Canadian colleague, ran a trucking company with an Indo-Canadian colleague, showing that he could “receive the Fantenal Pre-Fantasy Chemicals from China and send 100 kg of chemicals per month to Los Angeles using his trucking company. ,Sian and Queen, DEA said, several meetings were held and many were in touch through the chat application Threma for coordination of delivery. In particular, Sian made four drops of Menthafetamine (more than 500 pounds) in Southern California, before the DEA moved to his arrest. The DEA agents were later able to identify several characters involved in the network, which were from Türkiye to Dubai. Sian, DEA presented, notorious Kinahan was also found connected to the crime family, which is associated with Hizbullah.
