A day after Timesofindia.com, all-rounder Nitish Kumar Reddy will not take any part in the remaining Anderson-Tendulkar Trophy, the Control Board for Cricket in India (BCCI) has confirmed this news.The BCCI said in a statement, “All -rounder Nitish Kumar Reddy has been dropped out of the remaining two tests due to a left knee injury. Nitish will fly back from home and the team wishes him to get well soon.”Left-Arm Seemar Arshdeep Singh, who stitches his bowling hand after an injury while trying to stop the Sai Reformson shot in the nets, was also sidelined for the fourth Test against England, which began in Old Trafford in Manchester on Wednesday.Read in BCCI press release.
