New Delhi: As Rajya Sabha used to meet on Tuesday morning – the second day of the monsoon session of Parliament – Jagdeep Dhankhar’s departure was heavy in the upper house. VP is also the President of Rajya Sabha.Dhankhar, usually, did not miss to preside over the RS proceedings at the beginning of the day, but on Tuesday, everyone’s eyes were on the vice -president Harivansh as he entered the house as the clock 11.
