Brain in a box: Philadelphia couple sues the funeral houses; Say that the brain of the dead son was handed over as a remains

A grieved couple from Philadelphia have filed a case against two funeral houses, one in Pennsylvania and the other in Georgia, they said that they say they were assigned to their son’s brain in a leak, unprecedented box. His son, 56 -year -old Timothy Garlington died on 15 November 2023 in Georgia. Although he was from Philadelphia, he was living in Georgia at that time. Butlers hired both the funeral houses to handle their final system. According to the trial, Gallington’s body was taken to the funeral homes in Philadelphia after five days. When Butlers later collected their son’s belongings, he was assigned a white, unconcerned box. In the car, the box began to sniff and leak to the fluid. Inside, they say, their son had a brain. “It was and it’s still in my heart,” Lawrence Butler told tears during a press briefing. “I used to sniff death in my car. I had to get rid of that car. I could not just consider it,” Butlers told the media, as NBC 10 told. The lawsuit causes human remains to be false and serious emotional trauma at both funeral homes. Butlers say they never received forgiveness or proper explanation. The owner of the Nix & Nicks told NBC10 that he was unaware of the box content, assuming that it conducts individual items, and claimed that he was approved by the State Board.
