New Delhi: After a large crowd after a large crowd at the Mansa Devi temple in Haridwar on Sunday, at least six people were killed and many were injured.The incident occurred at 8.30 am after an overhead power line rumor, which allegedly fell on a crowded section of Walkway, causing panic among the pilgrims.Haridwar SSP Pramendra Singh Double said, “We received reports of some people being injured, after which the police took immediate action. About 35 people were brought to the hospital and 6 died. The rest is undergoing treatment.”He said, “Prima Facial, Stamped was triggered by rumor of an electric shock on the stairs 100 meters below the temple route.
