‘Flow like flow, do not explode like a bomb’: BJP hits back on Rahul Gandhi’s Election Commission comment, says ‘We will save the constitution’. Bharat News

New Delhi: The BJP on Friday reprimanded Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for his claim that his party has a “nuclear bomb” of evidence to prove the irregularities of voting, which is calling the comment undemocratic and unfair. Speaking to the press, Rahul had said that the Congress has given a “open and closed” evidence of alleged misconduct by the Election Commission during the Lok Sabha elections. Comparing the evidence to the “Atom Bomb”, he warned that the pole panel would not “hide” when the “explosion” occurs. In a scary response, BJP spokesman Sambbit Patra made fun of the statement, in which Rahul asked to “flow like water” instead of considering “explosion like bombs”. “Will Rahul Gandhi explode like a bomb? What do you think? His job is to explode. He has no other job to do any other work,” questioned the Congress leader’s intention and said at a press conference held at the BJP headquarters.Patra slammed the Congress leader to describe a “undemocratic and unspecified” against a constitutional body. “You say ‘I will go to the Supreme Court’ or ‘Democratically protest’, but ‘Bomb blast’? This language shows that they have no faith in democracy.”He said that when Rahul and his party talked about bombs, the BJP stood for democratic values. “We are those who believe in democracy. If they explode an atomic bomb, we will save the Constitution,” said Patra. The war of words comes amid the continuous criticism of the opposition and demand for more transparency in the conduct of elections.
