Four people were killed on Friday morning when a gunman set fire to an owl bar at Anaconda, Montana, before he ran away from the scene and inspired a large-scale manhunt and city-wide lockdown by noon.The Montana Division of criminal investigation confirmed that the shooting took place around 10.30 am. All four victims were declared dead on the spot. Officials started rapidly a search operation, concentrating efforts in the nearby Stump Town area of the west of Anaconda, reported the AP. More than a dozen local and state law enforcement officers supported by helicopters, drones and K9 units joined the manhint. The suspects, known as Michael Paul Brown, lived next to the bar and were cleaned by a SWAT team soon after the incident.

He was allegedly seen wearing a tie-dide shirt, blue jeans and an orange bandhna for the last time.Officials say Brown is considered equipped with a.762-caliber assault rifle and was last seen driving the 2007 White Ford F-150 pickup truck with Montana license plate DTY493. He was seen in the Stump Town region, which is right west of Anaconda.Brown is considered armed and extremely dangerous. The officials are urging the public not to contact him and report any vision immediately till 911.The owner of the Jugnu Cafe in Anaconda said that he closed his shop at around 11 am on Friday morning when a friend informed him about the shooting. Two hours later, she was still waiting to reopen the official all-cleaer.“This is a small city, so we all probably know someone who was there” in shooting, he said as quoted by AP.Anaconda, a historic mining city with a population of about 9,000, is located about 75 miles south -east from Missoula. Surrounded by mountains and immersed in the history of copper mining, the city was established in the late 1800s and is well known for, now-difynous smelter that still tales towers on the landscape.
