Here, policies of Vikasi Bharata will be prepared, and important decisions will be taken. In the coming time, the direction of the nation will be decided from here.,The Prime Minister also underlined the symbolic relevance of inaugurating the building in August, called it a “month of revolution” just a few days before Independence Day. “This is a major mark before August 15,” he said, highlighting the continuity of India’s development efforts with the spirit of national freedom.Referring to the Bhagavad Gita, PM Modi called for the concept of “Kartavya” (duty) to emphasize the moral and administrative objective of the new campus. He said that the aim of the government is not only to build the infrastructure, but also to build the places where the responsibility and the nation-building center takes the stage.PM Modi also indicated the shortcomings of the existing office buildings, stating that there is a lack of enough space, light and ventilation. He said that the new Kartavya building structures will bring all the central ministries and offices close together, resulting in the annual savings of about Rs 1,500 crore.Union Minister Manohar Lal Khattar, who was also present in the event, said, “Today is a very important opportunity … In the series of construction of ten Kartavya buildings, the first Kartav Bhawan, Number three, has been inaugurated by the Prime Minister today.
