Earlier that day, his His Majesty Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktaum, Vice President of UAE and ruler of Dubai, in a separate gathering, met with local dignitaries, investors, ministers and leaders of the union, semi-government and private sector institutions, who were in Al Mudaf Majlis in the Sangh House.
