New Delhi: Comedian Kapil Sharma's security has been beef after the Mumbai Police opened fire at its restaurant in Canada, PTI on Monday, citing an officer.His restaurant cup cafe was targeted in Surrey last week and the Lawrence Bishnoi gang took responsibility for the incident. The statement of a gang member said that the attack came due to Kapil's alleged proximity with actor Salman Khan.An audio clip from Bishnoi said, "If anyone works with Salman, whether it is a little time an actor or a small -time director, we will not leave them. We will kill them. We will be necessary to kill them to any extent," said an audio clip of Harry Boxer, an associate of a Bishnoi.It marked the second shooting in the cafe in a month. On July 9, a person, wearing a body camera, set fire to the cup cafe while recording the incident, in which the German -based Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) militant Bahjit Singh Laddi later claimed responsibility.The Bishnoi gang fired at his Galaxy apartment last year, targeted Khan for years and allegedly killed his friend, former Minister of State Siddiq in Bandra on October 12, 2024.
