New Delhi: Border Security Force (BSF) soldiers on Monday shot and injured a Pakistani intruder, reporting news agency PTI.The incident occurred along the international border in Katua district of Jammu and Kashmir.The intruder was arrested in an injured situation when BSF soldiers set fire to a group of people trying to enter the Indian territory along the border.Officials said the group was seen by the alert BSF personnel between Chandwan and Kotha Border Outposts in Hi Hirnagar area around 4 pm and challenged to stop, said the officials said.He said that the intruders repeatedly ignored the warning, which motivated BSF personnel to fire on further positions, injuring one of them in the leg.Officials said the injured intruders were taken into custody and transferred to a hospital for treatment.
