Chennai: A 14 -year -old girl was brought to the Madras High Court on Tuesday in a detention dispute, after a bench’s order jumped from the moments of the first floor corridor when she was kept in a government house.The teenager was built before the judges before Ms. Ramesh and V Lakshminarayanan whether she wanted to live with her mother or father, who is divorced and resides separately. During the hearing, the girl consulted at the Tamil Nadu arbitration and reconciliation center, but the conversation failed. The counselor’s seal report recommended special psychiatric consultation. Either not finding any viable options with parents, the court directed the police to accept the children’s house for girls in Chennai by August 12. His father was given a psychiatrist from the Institute of Mental Health as per 13 August and later as required. Venkat was ordered to support him. The psychiatrist was asked to file an interim report and was allowed to advise the father, who have allegedly separated from the girl for years. All medical and related expenses are to be borne by the petitioner.Her mother and grandmother were allowed to go during the permitted hours. The case was postponed.
