NYC Merorl Race: Zoharan Mamdani to Eric Adams – What does the latest pole reveal?

According to a Sienna poll of recently registered voters, New York City Democratic Mayorial candidate Zoharan Mamdani has taken a strong lead in the race.Mamdani is voting at 44 percent, while former Governor Andrew Kuomo is running as an independent, 25 percent trails. Republican Curtis Sliva is 12 percent and current Mayor Eric Adams is 7 percent.Sienna Pollster Steven Greenberg said in a press release on Tuesday that 53 percent of the city’s Democrats supported Mammadani compared to 32 percent for Cumo, other candidates received single-design support. In the city’s Republican, more than two-thirds of Sliva. Independent voters have been divided into the city, with 30 percent of Mamdani and 20 percent adams.Greenberg said, “The voters of the city under the age of 35 are highly supporting Mamdani, as the plurality of the voters is 35–54, however, the voters 55 and the old back on Mamdani, 38–32 percent,” said Greenberg. The Mamdani, who first appeared in the Sienna pole, has a 46 percent compatibility between the voters of New York City, but the statewide 28 percent compatibility reported by Fox News is low. Quomo, who resigned as a governor and lost Mammadani Democratic Primary, is facing serious compatibility issues.“Cuomo has a underwater compatibility rating with the city voters, 37-54 percent, and 29-61 percent compatibility with state-wide voters, worse worse, the worst compatibility for Kuoomo in Sienna Pol is the worst compatibility rating.Mayor Eric Adams, who is now running as an independent, also struggles with compatibility. Last year, the Department of Justice accused him of bribery, conspiracy and campaign finance crimes, but the case was later removed. Adams is showing himself as a strong supporter of law enforcement, especially after shooting of the office in 345 Park Avenue last month. However, their rating remained under water in the city (30 percent favorable, 58 percent adverse) and statewide (22 percent favorable, 51 percent adverse).Republican Curtis Sliva has a statewide 26 percent favorable rating and is 30 percent favorable in the city.Recently, the pole is attracting a lot of attention as Mamdani’s victory was surprising against Kuoomo. As a Democratic candidate, Mamdani supports many distant ideas. He is currently visiting the city’s campaign against President Donald Trump.“There is no boro who is free from Trump’s cruelty,” said Mammadani. “We will feel the pain of this law, whether we are in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens or Stateon Island, and we will shine a light on the cost of this week and every week that is coming out of Washington, DC.”Kuoomo, Adams and Sliva have criticized Mamdani on issues such as policing and rent control. Kuomo even proposed “Law of Zoharan”, as it was revealed that Mamdani lives in a stable apartment. The mayor election will be held on November 4 this year.
