West Bengal: 7 killed, 1 injured in gas cylinder blast in South 24 Parganas | Bharat News

New Delhi: At least seven people including four children and two women were killed in a gas cylinder explosion in West Bengal on Monday. South 24 parganas District.
According to police officials, a woman also suffered injuries in the explosion, which took place around 9 pm in a house in Dhalaghat village of Pathar Pratama block.
Sundarban Police District Sap Koteshwar Rao told news agency PTI, “All bodies have been recovered. The injured woman was rescued from home and admitted to the hospital.”
Officials believe that there was an explosion after the firecrackers stored in the house, when the explosion occurred inside the two gas cylinders. All the bodies have been recovered from the site.
