Aamir Khan has abolished any expectation of the sequel of 2008 romantic comedy Jane Tu … yes Jane Na. Despite the permanent popularity of the film, the actor-producer made it clear that it is not on a follow-up card. In a clear revelation, filmmaker Abbas Tirula shared that Aamir strongly opposed the idea when it was brought.

Sequel idea that never left
Abbas Tirula shared that he had made a sequel idea for Aamir Khan from Jane Tu … yes Jane Na shortly after the release of the film. The proposed storyline would have detected a thick patch in Jai and Aditi’s relationship, which started with the couple on the verge of separation. As part of the conspiracy, Jai – will face your ex -love interest, cloud – at a party. However, the idea did not move forward, as Aamir was not keen to see the film again.
Aamir Khan’s strong response
Aamir Khan, however, was not on the board with the idea. According to Abbas Tirula, Aamir rejected the concept strongly, especially given the proposed direction of the story. Tyarula also admitted that he himself was not fully convinced about continuing the story, accepting that he struggles with the idea of rebooting the story and not seen him very successful. He said, “He expressed openness to the idea of re -starting the favorite actors of the film, even if it is not through a traditional sequel.”
