Aamir Khan’s latest release has proved to be a box officer winner in his initial weekend across Sitare Zameen. In just four days, the film has collected Rs 66.65 crore (all languages), which has crossed the life collection of many notable films in the actor’s magnificent career. With this, Sitare has become Aamir Khan’s 7th largest grossing film in terms of Hindi net collection.
After a decent debut with Rs 10.7 crore on Friday, the film saw a sharp increase in the weekend. It collected Rs 20.2 crore on Saturday, with an impressive of jump of 88.79%, followed by Rs 27.25 crore on Sunday. Sitare land now sits comfortably with Rs 66.65 crore in 7th place, with Lal Singh Chafdha, Taare land cross, and D Basanti is pushed down.The film’s box office success comes as a positive sign for Aamir Khan, especially after the performance of Lal Singh Chafdha in 2022. While it is still a hurry to guess that Sitare will finally enter the list of the highest grossing films across the land, the strong weekend number of the film may be even more in the coming days.
