Amitabh Bachchan’s investment race continues in Ayodhya, in which the famous actor acquired his fourth property in the temple city. According to a report by Hindustan Times, the actor recently bought a 25,000 square foot plot for Rs 40 crore. It is said that the land is located near the high-end ‘Saryu’ Real Estate Project, in which Bachchan first invested Rs 14.5 crore.This latest purchase follows his recent Rs 20 crore in a real estate firm owned by Bollywood producer Anand Pandit (Rs 10 crore each). Bachchan appears to have his real estate holdings strategically, especially in Ayodhya, which has seen a large -scale infrastructure and tourism boom after the development of the Ram temple.From family monuments to high-value dealsBachchan’s investment started in Ayodhya last year when he bought a 5,372 square -foot plot for Rs 4.54 crore just before the inauguration of the Ram temple. Additionally, the actor registered a 54,000 square -foot land parcel under the trust of his father Harivansh Rai Bachchan. Reports indicate that he intends to create a deep personal tribute amidst his business expansion on that land for his father.Talking about his emotional connect, a source close to Vikas said, “This is not only about returns. Shri Bachchan has expressed his praise for the cultural and spiritual significance of Ayodhya.”
