New Delhi: Air India said on Tuesday that its Paris-bound flight AI143 was canceled after pre-oblique investigations identified an issue.An Air India spokesperson further stated that the flight was canceled as Charles de Gaul (CDG) airport in the Paris restricted night operation.“Flight AI143 has been canceled from Delhi to Paris on June 17. The compulsory pre-abolition investigations have identified an issue, which is currently being addressed. However, the said flight has been canceled in view of the flights under night operation at Paris Charles de Gaul (CDG) airport,” said the said flight, said Spoction of Air India.Tata -owned airlines said that they were “providing hotel housing and offering full refunds on cancellation or honorable renovation when they were selected by passengers”.AI142, a return flight from Paris to Delhi on 18 June, was also canceled.“As a result, on June 18, 2025, flight AI142 from Paris to Delhi was also canceled,” the issue further reads.A few hours ago, Aviation Company canceled a flight from Ahmedabad to London’s Gatwick Airport.However, the airline clarified the reason behind the cancellation of its Ahmedabad -Gatwick Flight AI159, denied rumors of a technical mistake. In a statement, the airline said: “AI159, a flight from Ahmedabad to Gatwick, has been canceled today due to the availability of the aircraft, resulting in airy -range restrictions and additional precautionary checks, which has not been claimed for longer than the normal change of the aircraft, and any technical snag.”The flight was canceled exactly two days after a deadly accident associated with the same route.On June 12, Air India flight AI171 crashed immediately after takeoff from Ahmedabad, killing 241 out of 242, as well as several land. AI-159 is now the code given for AI-171.Since flying operations are faced in disintegration, Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has called an immediate virtual meeting with officials of Air India and Air India Express.
