Kanpur: In the matters of Sant Kabir Nagar and Gonda again, a person in Rasulbad area of Kanpur countryside arranged for his wife’s wedding with his lover after searching his illicit relationship.The wife also provided written documents ending her relationship with her first spouse.Jai Chand, head of the village of Bhagga Niwada, married Yogesh Tiwari (40), who married Kripa Shankar Mishra’s daughter Soni (30) in May 2010.“However, Soni maintained an illicit relationship with Vikas Dwivedi (35) from Kannauj,” Jai Chand said.He said that this caused a conflict between the couple. Soni recently left for her parents’ house. On Monday, she returned to her husband’s home. Later that day, Vikas also reached the village.Keeping him in mind, Yogesh alerted the police to 112. Although Vikas initially ran away, Yogesh accepted his wife’s preferences, asked him to return.A panchayat was convened, and Soni conferred a written consent for his new marriage and issued Yogesh with marital obligations. The situation was resolved with police officers and villagers, along with husband who organized his wife’s wedding in a temple near Tisti Police Post.
