AOC returned to Tom Homan’s exile: ‘Come, take me’

Representative Alexandria Osacio-CoortageD-NY, taunted Tom Homan On Friday, the border officer threatened to report to the Justice Department to guide the migrants about escaping from exile.
At the Queens Town Hall Assembly, Ocasio-CORTEZ in February expressed a lack of concern about the statements of the immigration officer after “his rights to learn his rights”. Homan indicated that his functions may be illegal and can disrupt immigration and customs enforcement (ICE) by executing the exile plans of Trump administration.
“Tom Homan said he was going to refer to me for Doj because I am using my free speech rights to advise my constitutional security. Ocasio-CORTEZ told a cheering crowd.
He said that “nothing was illegal about it and if they want to make it illegal, they can take me.”
In February, his office operated a live webinar to inform the migrants in his district about their rights when the exile officers faced.
Participants were advised to request warrant, documentation of discoveries during snow attack and understand the difference between various warrants.
This suggested Homan that the representatives of New York could reduce legal limitations.
He said, “I am working and finding out with the Department of Justice. Where is the line they cross? So perhaps AOC is going to be in trouble,” he said after the incident.
The Trump Border Officer said differently on “futures” on “Sunday morning”, “What he needs to do is to read the laws implemented by the Congress … because it is a crime to illegally enter this country.”
“Not only that, but when you hide the port and hide and hide the law enforcement, it is a hooliganism. What is she doing, she says that she is educating everyone of her. Constitutional rightsAnd we all know that they have got constitutional rights, but what she really is doing … She is trying to teach them how to exclude law enforcement. ,
During the Friday incident, Ocasio-CORTEZ criticized the Trump administration’s border security and immigration policies, which described the exile of the gang members of Venezuela, “Sanctioned kidnapping,
The people of the Congress said, “I do not even want to call them exile. They are approved to kidnap under many circumstances.” “They don’t have a carte blanch to enter. If they want to knock on your door, or knock on someone’s door – including your workplace – you can tell them, ‘Show me a warrant. Show me a judicial warrant.” And if they do not show you a warrant, you can say that they can come back with a warrant.
Congressmen addressed hundreds in a pack auditorium, in which additional attendees were seen from an overflow room in the hall.
The audience responded positively to the progressive MLA, and showed support for his legislative agenda and district representation, except an interruption. Questions focused on local matters, increase in minimum wages, improvement of air quality and its strategy to address the Trump administration.
