The new-Jari tariff guidance identifies a series of electronics that will receive exclusion. This list includes laptops, semiconductors, solar cells, flat panel television displays, flash drives, memory cards and solid-state drives, all of which are used for data storage.
In particular, these products can be subject to future duties. These discounts represents somewhat favorable results for technology companies such as Apple. Recently, Apple experienced a loss of more than $ 640 billion in the market price in the period after President Trump’s tariff declaration.
In addition, Apple reportedly chartered several cargo flights to weigh about 600 tonnes from India to America, to ship several cargo flights to an estimated 1.5 million iPhones. The move is aimed at ramping the inventory in the country to reduce the possible impact of the tariff threatened by Trump in the country.
