In June, he was sent to the UK. The 56 -year -old businessman told Human Rights Watch, but he spent three months in several ice detention centers, which were no less than a nightmare. After his arrest, when he was taken to the center, he had too much captive and no bed, no rain or privacy. He said, “I used my shoes as a pillow. We had no cup for water, just a toilet with half a wall for secrecy,” he said. His family provided his asthma inhaler, insulin medicine with ice authorities, but he was never given to him. Chauhan said that he spent the next month in three detention centers: Chrome, FDC and BTC worse than others with the position of each of them. He said, “He told us that if we keep asking for a toilet, they will create a problem, which we would not like,” he said.At a center, he fell and was hospitalized. His son Atan told Human Rights Watch that he received a call from a relative of his father’s cellmet, but the staff of the Center did not inform him about anything. Later, he was told that ICE officials asked the hospital not to disclose any information, as he was in custody.Chauhan recalled another incident, where an officer made fun of his last name and called him ‘Chihuahua’ instead of Chauhan. In May, a judge ruled to remove Britain but ICE officials said they lose their passport and he could only come home in the UK in June. Chauhan said that he did not illegally enter the US, but was an e -2 investor visa launching many small businesses. He filed for a permanent residence through an approved EB -5 visa petition, but after his barbecue franchise was insolvency, he suffered taxes that were taken away from snow.
