Awami League continued the ban by Bangladesh, to continue operations

Dhaka/New Delhi: Awami League, headed by Bangladesh’s promotion PM Sheikh Hasina, on Sunday, dismissed the interim government’s decision to ban the party “with hatred” and vowed to continue its operations despite the ban.The advisors or cabinet of Muhammad Yunus’s chief interim government banned the “all activities of the Awami League” on Saturday night, including cyberspace, under an anti -terrorism law. Reacting to the move, Awami League said, “We are dismissing and protesting the fascist Autocrat Youus government’s decision … Awami League will carry forward its activities in a suitable course, defying the decision of the fascist Younus government.” The party regretted that the “independent Bangladesh” was witness to the ban by the government, which was “undemocratic fascist” by the government, while the country had “achieved freedom and sovereignty under the leadership of Awami League”. “We strongly believe that the people of Bangladesh will give a great response to this careless decision by the Younus rule.”Awami League also called all Democratic states, institutions and leaders around the world to condemn the move. Earlier, Younus press secretary Shafiqul Alam said that the Democratic world was unlikely to oppose the decision to ban “shameless, killers, anti -democracy and corrupt party”. The move came after Thursday after the Ralling of the new float NCP and blocked the ban.
