New Delhi: Members of the Axiom-4 crew, who were successfully swimming at the International Space Station on Thursday, joined their mission by the fifth member. It was not a human or pet, but a toy. Joy, Baby Swan, Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), European Space Agency (ESA), and Hunar’s skills represents the collective ambition of the space program, to reach beyond Earth, Axiom Space said in a statement.“In this way, Joy represents cultural unity because three countries realize a return to the human spacecraft, as well as as a crew,” it said.“By choosing Swann as a zero-G indicator, the AX-4 crew celebrates the diversity of its cultures, united in shared human experience of space exploration,” said Axiom Space.Talking about the symbolism behind the goose, Shukla said, “This means just more than a zero indicator. I think we all have symbolism, Poland and Hungary and also in India. ,In India, Hans is seen as a symbol of knowledge and purity, which reflects the discovery of truth. In Poland, it represents properties such as purity, loyalty and flexibility. Meanwhile, in Hungary, Hans is a symbol of loyalty, elegance and the natural beauty of the world.
