Mysuru/Bangalore: Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Sunday demanded distance from 11 deaths in a stampede outside the M Chinnaswamy Stadium during the RCB’s IPL Vinn function on Sunday, 4 June, stating that he had corrected only the state-sanctioned program in Vighana Souda where nothing happened.Galling suspended Police Commissioner B Dayanand, he said that he was informed about the stampede at 5.45 pm, about two hours later.CM’s statements came when the opposition BJP demanded a three -day special legislative session to discuss the stampede. The party plans to meet Governor Thavchand Gehlot and President Draupadi Murmu to dismiss the Congress -led government.

Talking to reporters in Mysuru, Siddaramaiah pushed back, saying, “The government has done nothing wrong. Where did this happen? In the stadium. Was there anything untoward in the genre Sudha? All responsible people have been suspended or detained. “Four people, including the top executive of RCB, have been arrested so far.The CM denied any embarrassment for his government, although he admitted that it was hurting. “Such a tragedy has never happened on my clock,” he said, RCB, Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA), and Bangalore Police convicted for abusing mob control and communication.Siddaramaiah said that he was informed about the stampede at only 5.45 am. R Ashok and Chaluwadi Narayanaswamy – The Leader of the Opposition of the BJP in the Assembly and the Legislative Council respectively, said that the party will formally write Siddaramaiah, Assembly Speaker UT Khadar, and Council President Basavraj Horatti to demand the session.Ashok warned against hosting a large crowd in the assembly premises, citing letters of officials of Vidhan Sauda DCP MN Karibasavan Gowda and PWD officials. The BJP worker said, “The DCP asked for the CCTV cameras and the anti-drain system. No one was installed.” He said that PWD limited the stage to 60x20ft with 25 seats, but more than 200 people were present, including CM’s grandchildren.Ashok said that 95 BJP MLAs, including Hortti, donated a month’s salary to compensate the families of 11 victims.
