Bhagwant Mann’s ‘One Nation, One Husband’ Remark: BJP says it is ‘dressed as Vulgarity Dressed’. Bharat News

New Delhi: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Tuesday called the comment of the Chief Minister of Punjab Chief Minister Manna to Operation Sindor, called its statement “derogatory”. “Bhagwant Mann only made fun of Operation Sindoor, asked: ‘Will you wear vermilion in Modi’s name? Is it a nation, a husband? It is not a satire. It is dressed as pornography, “BJP’s Chandigarh unit said in a post on X. BJP said, “Be clear: Operation Sindoor was launched after being targeted by Hindu women by terrorists, he was identified by vermilion. It was about justice for innocent, not a joke.” The Post further targeted the Punjab CM, saying, “He cannot understand the meaning of vermilion – a symbol of love, sacrifice and strength for every Indian woman. Bhagwant Mann did not insult the BJP. He insulted every widow of a soldier, every mother of martyr, every woman of Bharata. ,Earlier, Punjab CM Mann questioned the BJP’s initiative to distribute Sindoor Door to Door, saying, “What kind of jokes did you have seen with vermilion? Without any reason, they are going to every house and saying, take vermilion in the name of Modi. When they come to you, will you implement it? A nation, a husband plan?”Operation Sindoor was launched on 7 May by Pakistan-provided militants as a military response to the Pahalgam terror attack on 22 April, killing 26 people. The armed forces targeted terrorist infrastructure in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir, resulting in more than 100 militants associated with groups such as Jai-e-Mohammed, Lashkar-e-Tiyaba, and Hizbul Mujahideen. Following India’s strike, Pakistan retaliated with drone attacks along the border with control and cross -baking of Jammu and Kashmir. Following Pakistan’s depression, India increased its reaction, targeting major Pakistani military and air infrastructure, which included Rahm Yourbase and Rohim Wibes at Noor Khan Airbase. The two countries reached an understanding to end enmity on 10 May.
