The House voted in favor of 219 to 213, showing that the first resistant Republicans had agreed to move forward. However, the bill is still waiting for the final vote for approval.

Out of the five Republicans who initially cast ‘no’ votes, four of them converted their votes into ‘yes’, distributed the votes required to pass the rule and carried the bill forward to establish votes for the last route.The bill, which was first passed by the House in May, approved the Senate narrowly on Tuesday by a single vote. It returned to the House on Wednesday to approve the changes made in the Senate.The law supports many of former President Donald Trump’s campaign goals.
