Asha and Mamta workers have played an important role in increasing health services in rural areas. Keeping this in mind and keeping in mind the hopeful contributions of hope and Mamta workers in strengthening health services in rural areas, it has been decided to increase their honorarium, “Nitish said.He said, “Asha workers will now get an incentive of Rs 3,000 instead of Rs 1,000. The state cabinet also approved a new dominance policy, which limits the existing 35% reservation for women in government jobs, only for those who are permanent residents of Bihar.In addition, the government has provided a provision of free electricity of 125 units for domestic consumers.The Bihar government on Sunday approved the formation of the State Cleanliness Workers Commission to protect the rights of cleanliness workers and ensured their welfare, rehabilitation, empowerment and access to government schemes.
